Issue has been identified. Please refer to section 3.7 of the installation manual.
User is trying to access Baar Studio using internal ip (10.10.10.xxx)
Issue: As per error log it's trying to connect to localhost which will work on the server installed but cannot be accessed from client machine.
Resolution:
1. Stop the Baar Studio server. It can be done by running stop.bat file present in installation directory
2. Reinstall the Baar Sudio on the same directory and tenant name
3. Please take care at step no 3.7. Instead of localhost you need to give internal ip of the server
